So the Supreme Court has sent the Trump immunity case back to a lower court in Washington.

Jason Hammer, are you surprised that the Special Counsel Jack Smith has declined to comment on the ruling he's been mom no word from him I don't do this as well as Nigel this is kind of his impression but

deranged prosecutor Jack Jack Smith, will not have his trial before the election.
