Well, it's Friday and and that means one thing.

When Hammer joins us in the studio, we're going to see if he gained or lost some weight this week.

Because I haven't had time to go to the gym as much as I want this week,

but this morning, I knew it was going to be close.

So I threw on some sweatpants, I threw on some hoodies, I cut my grass grass I cut my kids grass next door trying to get

that last second workout in and we're gonna see if it paid off okay all right

Right. We started at 271.

Last week we were 234.2.

And each week if I gain, even if it's 0's point one I put five dollars into a virtual pot for Rob which is going to go to charity and if I lose weight that everybody gives me a golf clap and survive in advance.

Okay.
