So the judge in Georgia has tossed some of the Trump Georgia charges in that election interference case and

we'll get into that coming up in just a bit but right now Hammer joins us with

Yeah. Now this is not the big fat Fanny situation. This is not Fanny Willis.

It's not the RICO charge, but that still could happen.

Okay, so there's a lot of things in play here.

And I know you guys are gonna tackle this

to the top of the hour, because literally, this just came down.

Yeah, the judge tossed six of the charges in the indictment,

but not all of them.

But the big one is RICO and that's still there.

Yeah, that is still there, but it still could get tossed as well.

Right.

So again, two different things here, what the judge did today,

and we're still waiting to find out what Fannie Willis has got going on, right?
