pounds and that is for just if you're comparing how big that is that is larger

than the birth of a baby elephant.

And that's what I realized changes had to be made.

So to hold me accountable, I said I would come in here every Friday on your show and weigh in and the

goal is to lose 50 pounds. Whatever happens first, a calendar year or 50 pounds, that's the time

frame here.

And every week I'll weigh in.

If I tire or do better than the week before, survive in advance.

But if I gain, I've got to put $5 in the pot

that Rob Kendall can use for whatever nefarious reason he wants.
