Our topic tonight is entitled Halloween,

or most often called, Salon, the Wheel Spence to a New Year.

We're going to talk about what all of that means tonight on our show.

But before we do that, if you are a regular listener to our show,

you know we have a meditation of the week, a crystal of the week,

and an animal of the week.

So that's what we're going to be doing tonight.

So Samantha, shall I start with the meditation?

So wherever you are, if it is safe for you to do so,

please sit back and close your eyes and take a long, slow, deep breath.

And take another long, slow, deep breath.

And just kind of roll your shoulders and drop them

so that you're letting go of that tension that we so often carry
