1:13.1	this is our first holiday. Now, okay, Halloween's not really a holiday, but you get what I mean.
1:20.1	This is the first community celebration of sorts that is taking on a semblance of normalcy.
1:28.1	Memorial Day was canceled.
1:30.1	The Fourth of July was canceled.
1:31.6	Labor Day was canceled.
1:33.0	Halloween in many communities is proceeding.
1:36.4	A little different than last year, to be sure.
1:38.9	But the decorations have gone up.
