Last time we met Ken Chase, an estate agent with the passion for property that knows no bounds. For example, you may recall

despite knowing all about the history of Poacher's cottage of the deaths and

more deaths and the ghost that supposedly haunt the place,

Ken sold the cottage to a couple called the colliers and told them absolutely nothing about the house's history.

A year later and the colliers were found dead, gassed in the kitchen of Poachers cottage strange

uncanny not for Ken
