we're going to start with one big, beautiful bill. And if I have the right to put out a kill-me doctrine as the fill-in guy,

it is that perhaps this informal accommodation known as the magic minute, because it's not a

magic minute. You know, that's like a fun like a fun little term for we kind of stop the

clock. It's sort of like some states, if they're required to have a balanced budget, the state of

New Jersey, for example, they freeze the clock right before midnight. And then it's like,

oops, we're not, you know, violating the violating the Constitution, we just freeze the clock.

The magic minute, I think it's an informal accommodation that should be ended, especially

when people abuse it.
