Welcome to Post Wrestling everybody.

Excited for the program that we're about to bring to y'all this month, but

before we get to the show, I just wanted to share a few thoughts that have come to mind over the past week.

For those of you that know this past week was my vacation from the shoot job, which takes up so much time in my life.

It was a time to celebrate my birthday and I did receive a lot of kind words and

comments and messages from a lot of the postmark so I appreciate that I appreciate

y'all so much it was a time to connect with my nieces my oldest is in the

process of her first year in college, which is wild to me, because I remember when she was like this little

Amorphous blob of humanity that that would spit up on my shirt while crying all night long.

But it just goes to show you, man, life is crazy and wild and weird and wonderful and beautiful.

And so I just wanted to start off this

week's episode this month's episode by giving you a little bit of wisdom I

guess from somebody that's as getting a little older but that's not a bad thing that's a blessing y'all. I think when

we look at the world it seems so big and it seems so crazy it seems so out of control like what can we do in this

world when when our elected officials don't seem to have our back when the

price of eggs goes up and up every year when there's wars all around

the world and and we want to stop it but we can't do anything man we only

individuals and to that I would say the advice that I would give you is the

advice that I've received many times in my life. It's advice that I've even

gotten from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and that is always forward.

You are stronger than you know, you are smarter than you know, you are more resilient than you know.
