and you're saying that Alito does not, in his opinion,

He doesn't take it to its logical conclusion. Is that what you're saying?

He's leaving it to someone else, perhaps people in political office to do that. But of course,

what we've seen is that the Republican political class is just befuddled and comfortable in

talking about it. You can't depend on them. But of course, he could put it in such a state that another federal judge may come back and say, well, look, it's clear that we're

dealing with a human being, and now this may affect our own case. But look, Woolvers' Wade

didn't really establish a right to abortion. It changed the culture. It converted abortion

from being something abhorred, discouraged, forbidden, into something to be approved, celebrated, promoted.

The court, the concerted and adopts, was simply dealing with that limited question they put for themselves isn't in the Constitution.
