Can I make this real personal real quickly? Yeah. So I try to take really good care of myself because, you know, this is the advice that I'm giving to other people, so I might as well try to follow it. So I was quite chagrined to see my hemoglobin A1C creeping up.

to slow digestion. So sugar will enter your bloodstream more gradually. So these are foods like

vegetables, beans, whole grains, fruits, raspberries. I always plug raspberries, seven grams of fiber

per serving. Lentals. Yeah. So I have a cup every morning in my smoothie.

Lentals as well, I believe it's like 15 grams of fiber per cup, something around there.

So definitely incorporate those foods if you're not already.
