Today we're going to talk about G.L.P. 1. And you may say, what the heck is G.P. 1? Well, you've heard of a bunch of

weight loss drugs that are sweeping the nation where people use these

injections once a week and then magically they lose weight. If you go back in the

history of the podcast one of the lead researchers on the first trial for this

spotting these longevity trends and the conclusion there is that yes you can lose
