Hey guys, welcome back to According to. I'm Megan.

And I'm Sierra. For this week's episode, we are going to be talking about habits that will improve your life.

And I feel like we're going to be covering a very wide range of things today. I also want to say that Sierra and I do not do these things all the time,

all day long, especially like there's some of these that like, guess what? I do not do.

But I feel like this episode is going to just be a place where we can share good things that

work for a lot of people to help kind of them, help them find like center, center and, like, ground themselves and, like,

okay, this is what I need to do in order to feel more organized. And so I feel like the more

you can hear just different options, the more that you can say, okay, this can be something that works for

me. And it's just like a good place to start. So these are just all options. You don't have to do

everything. Like, this is a lot of stuff. It'd be insane to think that everyone would do every single one of these things.

But hopefully, just listening to this episode, we'll give you guys some ideas of a few things you

could implement into your life. Or if you, like, say, oh, I already do that, but I hadn't thought

about doing it this way or, like, I hadn't thought about that being something that I'm doing for myself so I can kind of like kind of put that in the column of like that's my self-care stuff that I do

for me just you know if it helps you reframe things in your mind especially because talking about

like habits that will improve your life it really is like deciding what improves your life is

very subjective and so these are just things that you and I thought would be helpful, make someone's life a little more fulfilling, and have more in it, I guess.

And I also like the idea of just like habits are small things that we do.

And I like the idea of focusing on habits that can improve your life because really I feel like it's the culmination of the small things that we do throughout our days throughout our life that adds up to like the big picture stuff when we think

of like oh like I feel fulfilled in this aspect of my life and it's not always just like the big things

we don't like we don't do big things all the time just as humans we don't so it's the small

things that we do that add up over time I will say also before we go into our weekly spotlights, I'm going to ask you guys for a book
