This is your host, Sarah Hart-Unger, and this is the podcast where we talk all things

0:14.4

planning and planning adjacent.

0:16.5

As promised, I have a, I would say, planning adjacent guest for you today. I am talking to the

0:22.8

wonderful Monica Packer about perfectionism, habits, and we get a little deeper than I expected

0:29.1

in this conversation, so I really hope you enjoy it. I'll be back at the end, just to close out

0:35.3

and remind you where you can find notes and everything else.

0:38.3

Here we go with Monica.

0:40.2

0:49.2

1:39.8

down there. But that's me in a nutshell. Oh my gosh. I love it. I always wonder when someone says

1:46.2

it's their last kid, I'm like, well, how do they know? But it sounds like five does sound like a lot of

1:51.4

people to be managing. So this time I do know. I did not know after my fourth, but after a five-year

1:57.6

2:02.1

So we're lucky to have them.
