Summary

In this mini-show I share some tips I've found to be useful in reducing the amount of time I use my phone. It was all prompted by Andy Puddicombe's appearance on the podcast where he talked about the relationship and not the device being negative. It made me go and research and test out some ways to reduce my screen time without it feeling like I was missing out or denying myself.

watching TV one eye on the phone one on the TV whatever you know listening to some

1:12.0

rather than picking up a book or focusing entirely on what I'm watching or otherwise doing.

1:18.0

So since then, since that conversation with Andy, I've been really trying to be more mindful, funny that,

1:25.0

about the relationship I have with my phone.

1:27.0

And that doesn't mean just trying to use it less,

1:30.0

but changing the way that I use it too.

1:33.0

And following on from emails and eams I've had from you, my most excellent
