Summary

In this episode we explore whether getting up that little bit earlier is making a positive difference to my day. Am I more productive? Is my concentration better? Am I wasting less of my day?

I also examine how an early start can only really be successful if your bedtime routine is on point too. It's all about structure apparently. Plus there's lots of feedback and insight from the members of the private Facebook group for listeners, which you can join here -- THE FORUM.

but it's turning out to be near a 6 and even though we're in the height of summer here in

London and dawn is at 5 o'clock around then. I'm actually really

1:34.9

struggling to haul my ass out of bed at that time, which has been a bit for

1:39.6

surprise. It's a little bit conflicting because I've suffered with insomnia over the years so to be sleeping so heavily is a win

1:47.2

But not if it comes at the price of sleeping too long or sleeping in late like all of habits it's just a case of digging in my

heels and going forward so I have been persevering. And on the days when I have

1:58.4

woken up earlier than usual I have been more productive no doubt about it I've been in the gym at six as opposed to at eight and it's opened up the day so that by the time I hit lunchtime I feel as though I've already really crossed loads of my to-do list or I've taken big chunks out of
