Some of you have heard me share this before, but I'll never forget it and it made such an

impact on my life. Many years ago, as I sat

at the memorial service for my then-22-year-old brother who'd been killed in a car accident,

and a brother who was preparing to go into ministry, brother who had come to love the Lord

and had a real passionate heart for Christ and for people, and then just

quickly his life snuffed out. And in God's unfathomable choice and will and providence,

David was gone. And I remember sitting at that memorial service and hearing one of the

preachers say, it's not wrong to ask why.
