So the last couple of days we've been talking about this Brandon McManus case.

He was a kicker with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Now he's here in DC. He's the kicker for the commanders and we've come to find out that he's been accused of sexual assault by two flight attendants. Their attorney joins us right now Tony Busby lead

counsel in the Brandon McMano sexual assault case. Good morning Tony

how are you? Good morning good how are you doing? Thanks so much for joining us.

I was wondering when you're an attorney and you get a case like this, did the two flight attendants approach

you together or did they reach out to you independently? How did you first get on the case?

The cases were sent to me by another lawyer, which is pretty typical lawyer that I didn't know, but I sat down with them and listened to what they had to say.

And like every other case, you know, vetted it, find out if they had witnesses, etc, and decided to accept the referral.

So for people that don't necessarily know because believe it or not, it hasn't gotten a lot of press

run, which, you know, unlike the Deshaun case, which just kind of like captured the whole country and people kind of seemed aware of that.

This is a situation where, I don't know if you want me to describe it or do you want to describe it were to

flight attendants are accusing Brandon of I guess maybe drinking acting

inappropriately to the point where maybe he groped her, you know, showed that he was excited type of thing, maybe tried to kiss her, those kinds of things, completely inappropriate obviously if it actually happened.

Was it a party atmosphere? if it actually happened.
