All right, so I wanted to get into the news that broke earlier this week

about the Kansas City Chiefs crossing state lines moving out of Missouri.

They're moving to Kansas with a $3.3 billion plan for a dome stadium and training facility as well.

They're abandoning Arrowhead.

Now, look, Arrowhead has been there for many, many years.

60 years.

Okay.

It's NFL teams, this ownership class at this point, they don't want stadiums that were built

50 or 60 years ago.

Of course.

They want state of the art.

They want at least part of it funded by public funds.

They'll chip in some.

I believe in this case, the chiefs are poning up 40% of the $3.3 billion price tag.

And who knows whether that goes up, you know, probably up from the $3.3 billion.

They want stadiums with domes and or retractable roofs or covered stadiums that aren't just
