Shout out once again to my guy, Milan from Serbia, who came over last night to fix a leak,

a pinhole leak in a copper pipe that did some water damage so over the weekend we're going to have to replace a wall

and a little bit of a ceiling doing some repair so chiching for me that's where you have to yeah yeah but

crop mecalf saved the day because it could have been a whole lot worse they do it didn't

you know completely envelop my basement right like if you have that leak and then it hits the

carpet which we have carpet in the basement that would be pummeled and it just kind of was confined

to a small area.

Would the home insurance cover the costs of whatever
