how's it going hello kind of wanted to get your insight on a couple topics that you've written books about or you've been in the world.

Let's start with the world of pitching in Major League Baseball and we talked about the Paul Skeen's thing earlier.

I have my opinion, I can't believe they took him out.

What did you learn when you were writing that book?

Sitting down with guys like Mike Messina and what's your opinion on I was

calling it the wussification of pitching these guys are getting hurt more and more and

they're pitching less yeah Yeah, I know.

And it's interesting because I wrote that book 17 years ago.

Wow.

And that was a topic back then.

One of the stats I discovered was, Glavin of course was the whole time they're both in the Hall of Fame

But Tom Glavin pitched 57 complete games in his career
