So just a couple things here here. I just need a little

reprieve here from all the sports of my brain's gonna explode. We're doing too much of

it. It's a little much for me. Last week was my Hell Week, right?

Because I had my colonoscopy and I had,

so you got to do all your prep,

and then I had the procedure, and then Friday had just so happened.

I had my annual urologist check because I go there because my father had prostate cancer

I've been going there since I was 35 years old. You know whatever just stay on top of it. And everything's great,

healthy on those two areas. God bless, God willing. So everybody go out there, get

your colon checked, get your prostate checked if you're an old man.

Don't wait too long.

Yeah, just go in there and get checked.
