Exactly. Thank you for having us. Thank you for inviting us out to these amazing new

digs less than a year old I believe opened in March. Can you let the

viewers and the listeners know what went into this how long this has been in the works and it's it's really beautiful.

Dude we had your me on the show. Dude, we had your dad on the show the first time when we were in fair facts.

I was to come on.

We had your dad on the show probably over 20 years ago with his wife.

I remember he came in. No, 25 years ago with 525 years ago. I don't know why it took so long to get him back up

When he first came on he came in like a members only jackie.

He brought like donuts. That makes sense.

You can imagine him wearing that. Yeah, yeah, for sure.

So it's kind of sort. That's how old we are.

I know. We're getting up there.

No, but talk about the facilities, Zach. So, you know, first of I'm happy you guys are here.
