But right now we wanted to get back into the Wizards, who, course landed the number one overall pick in the upcoming NBA draft or in the NBA draft lottery this past weekend.

And specifically wanted to get into this article by Adam Finkelstein from CBS Sports.com, where he is diving into the intel that he's getting from the NBA scouting

combine specifically about AJ DeBanza does he want to go to Utah is he going to try to

force his hand with the wizards and engineer some sort of trade with the Utah Jazz.

So he said, first as it relates to Washington during his article on CBSSports.com,

he asked a high-ranking scout on one of the other lottery teams if they considered Washington's selection of DeBanza a certainty.

And if that would impact their own preparation, he said, I got a more direct response

than I expected.

Quote, absolutely not, the scout told CBS Sports.

We were surprised that broadcast made it seem like such a foregone conclusion that the

wizards were just a lock to select debonsa at the top of the

draft i mean will dawkins came on this show and basically said it's wide open right i don't think it's

wide open 10 guys but it's wide open a couple of guys i think those top two guys is probably where it's

going to be but um i just think it's farcical at this point.
