Good morning, guys. Hey, coach, I've ask you a question. You know, I know obviously you have to deal with, we've talked about it before, like personnel issues, maybe sending a guy down or that kind of, you know, how difficult that is, right? What about when you have to do it with an assistant? How often, I don't know if you've done that throughout your career, where you maybe work with a guy for a year or two, and, you know, just for whatever reason,

you've got to make a change. How difficult is that? Yeah, staff changes are

difficult because a little bit different from players, you work so closely with with them and you get to know their families

and you're literally in the trenches for so many hundreds of hours together yeah so it is really

really really difficult um when you have to make those decisions of that and then you hope that the business part

of it and that's where we all understand when you get into this you're eventually going to be

let go and fired that's the old saying you're hired to be fired and so i think like yeah everybody's

bitter especially when things happen.

You're not human if when you get let go and you're not a little bit pissed off.

But then I think once you have time to digest those things, you sort of sit back and go just part of the business and your friends and, you know, have those relationships
