at Potomac Yard essentially adjacent to the new Potomac Yard metro station in the next several years.

That's what the deal says.

There are a lot of hurdles and the reason I say the deal isn't done is because even

if there's a deal on the table, the full Virginia General Assembly still needs to approve it.

Alexandria, the city still needs to approve it. There are a lot of people who live nearby

Potomac Yard who aren't going to love all that traffic coming up and

down Route 1 into Potomac Yard on game days.
