I mean, yeah, but when you compare it to the previous six months

and the six months before that, I don't know, seems pretty mellow.

You know, almost a sedative half a year.

Yeah, quite peaceful, really. Yeah, amazing.

So, cool. All right. What else do I need to tell people before we start?

I've got my, the questions on the iPad. It was the Q&A, um,

Q&A rules, nothing else no other rules we've invented for this annual

tradition or by any all tradition no half you is it by or semi annual?

I was thinking.

By annual is literally thinking about that.

Yeah, okay.

We'll just say half yearly like it's a sale.

Yeah, so I was going through it and I think this will be our 12th time doing this.

Because we did one in 2015, right? Yes. Okay. So maybe it's the it's either the 12 or the 13 right so it might be the lucky 13th NASA sign episode. All right cool.

All right. So I mean as we usually do with these six months well actually we were

talking about it before we hit record and what's emerged out of this 12 possibly 13 discussion project or experience or ceremony so far is quite a long meditation on meditating on longer cycles, right?

And I mean in particular one of the things I know we're both most proud of is putting

Some quite deep discussion around the triplicity change which is very long right and so like discussing because I know sometimes, you know, exciting things happen. I'm like, no, we won't break the tradition. We will do it every six months. That's how it works because it sort of forces us to look at
