Our boys get a nice four day weekend. They deserve it so they're having fun and they get to wake up

at a regular time today. After what I'm sure was a night of fireworks and alcohol the way that every

4th of July should be spent. We got a lot to get into great day yesterday for our Washington Nationals.

I mean quick round of poetry snaps for Jake Irvine who was electric on the mound yesterday. Eight strikeouts, nearly a complete game,

pitching eight full innings just one hit. I mean I talked yesterday with Mark Zuckerberg and said you know maybe

Jake Irvine has a good performance on the 4th of July against the Mets he can

get himself onto the all-star roster he did his part. He did his part yesterday. It's now up to Major League Baseball to do their part. We'll get to that. We'll get to that. We got a great number of guests. Jeff Kerr is going to join us in hour number three.

Been standing in our final hour, Tim Barblais in our final hour, we got a lot to get to.

It was a very relaxing and very nice 4th of July, but it was not your standard 4th of July.

I ended up going home and before I ended up taking a nap I had one job. One job. Take the meat that I was going to grill out of the freezer.

So that it could defrost by the time that I wanted to grill it.
