And the All right, everyone. Welcome to what most of us have been looking forward to for six months. The H1 2020 forecast now traditional

every six month look at at the space weather and the world such as it is so Austin welcome aboard aim all right and if you are listening to this or watching it we're recording this is a webinar for premium members as well so they'll be at the end of the

forecast I mean typically what we do and what we're going to do this time is no

different we're going to look over how we went and how H2 2021 went although I do think it has one or two surprises remaining for us which we make

care to speculate on because it's still not the end of the year yet and then I'm going to look at H1 and then we're going to do that in a,

and situate that in a discussion around how we frame what's happening and

the sort of importance of personal frameworks and how they can be helpful in navigating what's happening and then we'll do questions.

So that if you're listening along rather than you're on the call with this, then that's how it's going to roll. So let's look back at H1 then

2022 H2 2021. What are your what are your thoughts now? I had some pretty, as I say, I found November to have a number of satisfactory satisfactorily unpleasant things in it.

You know, I've been looking at November since the beginning of last year as being one of the ugliest sort of month length portion of the year and we got you know we got all sorts of unpleasant things as a result right so I was you know I wouldn't say I was happy with that right but one can be satisfied with something unpleasant.

And, you know, and as I believe I spoke about, I know, I talked about it,

that there wasn't any sort of uptake in December to really bring things back on to a happy high road.

We're just sort of in the momentum or the inertia from November, right?

So it depends, we could look at November

from a variety of different parameters.

We could look at it with, how should we say, lockdown security going back into effect.

We could look at it from unhappy economics, we could look at it from the literal plague of scorpions that happened in Egypt.

Like it's just, you know, not a great month.

A little bit on the nose. Yeah, pretty wild.

We're both keeping notes for the kind of like November turning point because one of the things that I think it was one of the better calls of the H is something you said that whatever July is going to set up what November is about and July we got the like the announcement of vaccine passports in France and then November was defined by that story. So as I go and get the battery for this GoPro which is just on the ground because I'm actually quite organized today.
