We've got risers. We've got fallers. And I'm going to do my best to talk you through Scott's reasoning as well as kind of my personal opinions as well. So here we go. News and notes from this week, we've got some managerial transactions. The Rangers have hired Brett Boone as their new hitting coach. Before Boone was hired, the Rangers had scored three or fewer runs in nine of their 10 games leading up to the change.

But they've averaged five runs per game since Boone was hired.
