0:37.5	where they found two dead people in an apparent murder suicide.
0:41.0	The murder victim was identified as 34-year-old Fanny Uresti.
0:45.0	Her husband, 43-year-old Roberto Hernandez, was also found dead
0:48.8	from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and is Fanny's presumed killer.
0:53.6	Adding even more horror to the already tragic circumstance,
0:56.8	it appears that Fanny was trying to escape Roberto.
1:00.2	On December 14th, she had filed a police report alleging that her husband was tracking her every move,
1:05.6	and that she was preparing to begin the process of divorcing him.
1:09.3	Fanny's mom, Rosa Salinas, added more color to the story. She told local news outlets that a week
1:15.4	before Christmas the couple had had an argument that led to Roberto taking a gun out and
