0:33.1	Hey, Mies, thank you so much. I'm always happy to be here. I have a discovery that I wanted to share with you today.
0:39.5	Oh.
0:40.1	I don't know if you're a coffee drinker.
0:43.9	I am very much a coffee drinker.
0:46.0	Our house is very fanatic about the kinds of beans.
0:50.2	We're very select on our coffee.
0:53.6	And this morning, I ran out of a creamer for my coffee.
1:00.9	I usually use oat milk in my coffees and like non-dairy creamers.
1:05.0	And I usually need the creamer for my coffee.
1:07.9	It's really hard for me to drink it without it because it gets a little intense.
1:29.2	And I had nothing else to look. And I was looking in the pantry and pantry, the shelf. I live in New York. I don't have a pantry. And I found, not surprising to me, I found a can of coconut milk because my partner is South Asian.
1:33.2	And so there's always at least one can of coconut milk in this house.
1:36.2	We use it in many meals.
1:39.3	And I was looking at it's like, huh, I mean, could it work?
1:41.1	I mean, it's milk.
1:42.2	Could it work?
1:44.2	And so I tried it. And lo and behold, it's fantastic. Could it work? And so I tried it.
1:46.7	And lo and behold, it's fantastic.
1:49.6	And I really like coconut milk in my coffee.
