And the content that I have for the episode well yeah I mean I understand that you were talking to me a little bit before you were very

nervous because this is of course the first time that we have someone named Brian on and you're

you were telling me a lot sending me a lot of messages like i just want to be the best

brian on the episode i'm like i'm sure you're the host it's not like it's not like that but you were

worried about that and i understand yeah i mean i get a little nervous i never have confidence in
