accused the founder of Shiva And the yoga, Swami Vishnu, of repeatedly raping her.

Julie's story, Kostefirori of the Shivananda community or family as I'd say, we were all devastated.

The man Julie says raped her was dead. But the allegations of abuse didn't die with him.

Truly social media post had opened a floodgate to claims of sexual assault.

He grabbed my arm and flipped the sheet back.

He was masturbating.

I could feel after some time what he wanted was to have sex with me and I did not want and I felt very scared.

Now I often tell people that two things that changed my life are yoga and getting married.

I was 22 and going through a very challenging time emotionally when I found yoga and it gave me peace a strange

strength to conquer my fears. I found yoga when I needed it the most just like

Wendy Freeman.

A lot of things changed in my life in 2003 and I was planning to get divorced and was between jobs.

And I mentioned to the people at the center in London who I had become fairly close to I was going to quite regular classes that I was planning to travel in India and they suggested to me that I do the yoga teachers training at one of the Ashrams in India

if I was going to be there. So I signed up for that and I ended up doing a yoga teacher's training course at the

Ashram in Dunwan Tari Ashram in Kerala.

Ah, the Tanantri Ashram in Kerala.

That's the place where I did my course too.

And words do really fall short to describe that place.
