We got another great episode this week.

Great guest. Our friend Gunter Schlirkamp.

You know him from Beerfest. He was one of the German brothers, one of the very large German brothers.

He played Schlemer of the large brother duo Hamaker and Schlemer.

And it was fun. We haven't seen him in a while. It was good to see him. And the other interesting

thing is he, for many, many years, was one of the top bodybuilders in the world.

He won scores of tournaments, competed regularly in the Mr. Olympia contest.

He was Mr. Universe, Mr. Europe, all kinds of things.

The guy was a gigantic guy.

He has since retired, and he's bulked down a little bit,

and we talked about that, and we made fun of him a little bit for that. But when he did Beer Fest,

he was at the height of it all, and he was just a gigantic human being. You got to Google the guy.

We'll throw some pictures up just to look at some pictures of Gunter in his prime.

It's jaw dropping.

But anyway, really fun to have him.

We talked about Beer Fest.

We talked about bodybuilding.

We talked about what he could do to get lemmy and me to look like him.

So, uh, we had a great time. He's a great guy. And it's a really interesting, uh, chat, uh, about bodybuilding that we have. So I think you're going to enjoy that. Um, before we get going,
