A lot of things going on. Yes, we have big news. Actually, we had news that broke even after we put together

week, just two days ago, three days ago now, the Ninth Circuit out in California, big case

out there. And then this morning a monster story breaking and we'll give you a little bit more about that as we go along, but Remington firearms expanding, moving,

Union officials in New York say it's due to New York's passage of the safe act,

driving jobs out of New York.

Of course the governor says, oh no, no, no, no, that's not what's going on.

Yeah, really.

I tell you, this case out of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday is huge and it's

huge to everybody because it's going to drive this case to the Supreme Court and essentially

what happened is the ninth circuit said California.

No, you can't do this. You can't ban open carry and concealed carry.

You have to allow one or the other.

And so the question is, is California going to become a shall issue state.
