All right, welcome back to Gun Talk. Tom Gresham here. I am still scratching my head over this column written by Dick Metcalf, Guns in Animal magazine, where he says that regulating firearms,

having gun laws, is just regulating, and the Second Amendment says that a well regulated militia.

I have not seen this in print.

I've only seen it online.

I almost hope that this is some kind of a stupid hoax that somebody's put up

because I cannot for a minute believe that somebody who has been supportive of

gun rights for so long could possibly say that

well regulated the term well regulated in the Second Amendment actually
