Welcome back to Gun Talk. Tom Gresham here. We are talking as you might imagine

about all the events of this week. It's been an incredibly fast-paced week with

media, seems like non-stop media coverage.

Although it's not really coverage, it's advocacy journalism,

if you will, about the NRA, about gun owners, about firearms,

about, they know nothing about most of this they really get

almost everything wrong and they don't seem to care in other areas I get the impression that the media kind of cares if they're viewed as

being ignorant or lazy or wrong but on this they don't care you can point out you're wrong on this they don't care. You can point out you're wrong on this, factually incorrect, they don't care.

Because they know that if they just keep saying it over and over, people will believe them.

If they say that the two two three as I heard this

week is the most powerful cartridge in America. I go what I mean the old 30

odd six is two to 3 times more powerful than the 223 which is used in they are 15.

They don't care. They just don't care if they're right or wrong, which means it's up to us.

And fortunately, we do have a way of correcting them, not that they're going to admit that they're wrong.
