Story out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

A fellow goes in to vote.

Voting is done at the local school.

A lot of places, the polls are at local schools.

And he's openly carrying his Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol.

Into the school, into the voting booth.

As you might imagine, somebody gets upset, calls the police,

police come and arrest him.

Turns out that he has figured out that this is actually within the law.

It's, for some weird reason, a little part of the law there,

that it is illegal to carry concealed in the school, but it is legal to

carry openly in the school if you're going to vote.

So by the time it's all over with, the prosecutor's office says, yep, he was actually

complying with state law.

Now, Nicholas Lumen is saying that he's considering suing because they

violated his personal rights. And other people are saying, well, what did you think was going to
