Let me talk about guns for a while here.

You know, the federal government says that, of course, when you're a convicted felon, you can't have a firearm. The federal government also says that black powder guns, antique guns, are not firearms. So you can have those. Well, the state of Nevada says, we don't care. They're like the honey badger. We don't care what the federal government says. We're going to do whatever we want to do. So the Nevada Supreme Court says,

I'm sorry if you're a convicted felon, you can't have a black powder gun or antique

gun anyway.

You know, the federal laws are not binding on us and we just don't care.

Great.

Now we're going to have different sets of rules everywhere we go.

I swear.

You just wonder, this is when the legislature has to get control of the courts and say, no, we are going to follow the same rules here.
