You remember several months ago, I told you about this situation in Canton, Ohio where the dash cam, police

dash cam video showed an officer essentially losing his mind having a complete meltdown

because they had been searching this car doing a stop and after several minutes of this driver trying to give the officer his carry permit and telling him

was carrying the gun and the officer shouting him down wouldn't let him speak.

Finally the officer figures out he's carrying a gun and he just had a total meltdown.

Well, they charge this driver, William Bartlett,

with carrying a gun concealed.

Well, yeah, he was carrying a gun because he already had a permit, okay?

But they, I mean, took him to trial.

Unbelievably, the district attorney, the prosecutor, took him to trial.

Well, it just got tossed out.

He was found not guilty. Now he had to find, he played a fine or 150 bucks for the original charge, which was stopping in a roadway or something. It's no big deal. In the process, the jury got to hear a little bit of the tape.

They didn't get to see the good parts, if you will.

The part where when the officer found out he had a gun, the officer says,

when I felt that gun, I should have pulled my Glock 40 and put 10 caps in your beep and I would have slept
