Now, as you know, we have made enormous strides in regaining some of our gun rights.

These things were lost over a long period of time.

And while some of those gains have been in the legislature and in Congress, frankly, I think the majority of them have been basically based on litigation

out in courtrooms, lawsuits, if you will.

We have won a whole bunch of them.

And there's behind it all, there's a plan.

We've talked about this before.

And we know that there are some people out there filing suits willy-nilly, but that doesn't

really advance you.

You've got to have a plan.

You've got to know where you're going.

Well, when you look at the A team of attorneys who are doing this, one of the names that comes up time and time again is Don Kilmer.

He has been involved in this civil rights litigation, and I do call it civil rights work because gun rights are

civil rights for many years. And I just was referring to the Lautberg Amendment. This is, of
