and how does that affect you?

Whether or not you're carrying a gun at the moment, do you go into businesses that have the no-gun signs? If you do, does it bother you? Would you rather not? maybe some of the people had the same problem, but the facility that I work at, we have an indoor pool,

and we had a lifeguard that was CHL, and I am not, but I fully supported. I just haven't got around to yet, but he wanted to bring his firearm in, but when he's on the lifeguard stand, obviously, he can't have that in his lap, per se. So he would put in a duffel bag and set it by the pool. Well, our concern with kids running around and playing in the pool, we had to tell him he could not bring it in to the actual pool area. And he didn't like that. We ended up having to make a decision of he had to decide whether he wanted to bring into the play area or not work for us. And he chose not to work for us. I didn't know if I handled that wrong or there was a different way to do that. Well, I understand your concern. I mean, let me rephrase it if I could and see if this helps you.

And I've always said when people talk about, you know, locking up their guns and all

said, here's the deal.

If you are in immediate control of your firearm, it does not need to be locked up

or away from kids.

Immediate control means you are wearing it or you are within reach of it.

In this case, a lifeguard is going to come off the stand, is going to walk around, is going to walk away from the gun.

And you've got kids running all over the place.

Sure.

I share your concern.

It could possibly one way around that may have been, to say you need to have your own personal safe.

And there's a really nice little micro safe called a nano vault that's basically it's a one pistol safe.
