All right, welcome to the third hour of Gun Talk.

I'm Tom Gresham, and we're still talking guns because I never stop.

It's just what we do around here, having some fun, taking calls, and talking about some of the things that people sometimes think about, but often they'll say, well, I'd never considered that.

And that's one of the things we're going to do right now.

We talk about security a lot.

Security of your guns, that is, obviously security for yourself and your family.

But if you have firearms, there are several reasons you might want to have them secure.

Secure from theft, secure from unauthorized people getting a hold of them, i.e. kids or whatever.

And when you talk about theft, obviously there are safes, and we talk about that a good bit.

But, you know, another way to go about that is people can't steal what they don't know you have or what they can't find.

And toward that end, I invited a friend of mine on to talk about how could you set up your home in such a way with, well, secret compartments, if you will.

I hate to think about it because it just reminds me how long we've been at this, Tom. And you're right. You know, when you think about a house, a house has a lot of nooks and crannies. And, you know, when you're decorating a house, you make good use of those nooks and crannies to put all the chotch keys and other things that we'd like to keep around the house.

But if you look behind that, if you look behind the skin, there's a lot of space inside the house that is there and available for storage space no matter what you want to use it for.
