In Maryland, they're suing on the behalf of a man whose gun permit was refused because he couldn't demonstrate a quote reasonable precaution against apprehended danger, which is weird.

I think they had something else.

Basically, this guy applied for his permit or renewal and he was turned down.

Now, this is the same fellow in Maryland who was home on Christmas Eve 2002 with his family a man broke in invaded the home

this man Mr. Willard grabbed a shotgun but the thug decided to fight him.

So they're fighting over the gun.

Willard's son grabbed another gun, held the suspect waiting to the police.

It took two and a half hours for the police to get there. and they're saying you haven't demonstrated a need.

Question is, at what point does a civil right become a highly regulated privilege.
