I'm sort of wondering why the Second Amendment has to be incorporated via the 14th, when

the Fourth Amendment and the Fifth Amendment never had to be states never thought they

could do

unwarranted searches and seizures abortion wasn't brought in by the 14th

amendment it was just declared a natural right why is the second amendment so special

well the first amendment had to be incorporated well the first amendment

specifically specifically says Congress will pass no law. But the second, fourth, fifth, doesn't say that. The 10th Amendment specific, 9th and 10th Amendment specifically give the rights to the people. Abortion isn't even in the Constitution.
