talk about well let's see the legal and safe use of firearms the safe ownership of firearms responsible use of firearms, the safe ownership of firearms, the responsible use of firearms, the use

of firearms for self-defense, for hunting, for competition, or maybe you just own guns because

you like guns and you want to have a collection. That's okay too.

The only thing we don't do is we don't like to talk about using guns

irresponsibly because we're the good guys and gals. We don't do that and we resent it when the government

treats us as though we're the bad guys just because we have guns. Well, I think that's a very reasonable and rational response.

When somebody treats you as though you are a criminal or says that because you are a gun owner you have to have special surveillance. We just need to know

more about you. We're just going to keep an eye on you and by the way we're going to put some extra

restrictions on you because you're exercising your constitutional rights.

How dare you exercise your constitutional rights? If you're unclear about that, it's called the

Second Amendment. The Second Amendment guarantees, not gives, guarantees you the

right to keep and bear arms. It guarantees that right to the people, not to the states, not to the federal

government, as backed up now by the Heller decision last year, the Supreme Court. That is an individual

right. And soon, sometime Supreme Court. That is an individual right and soon sometime next year that

right's going to be incorporated. That means it will apply to the states and

the cities also. Book it that's what's going to happen.

And yet, I know I keep talking about this because I tried to tell you, I tried to tell you what

Barack Obama was going to do. The man is anti-gun. Always has been anti-gunned.
