Yes, indeed, we are live today at Tom Gresham from the Wilds.

Well, it's not really wild.

It's New Mexico. We're in Albuquerque on a

western swing working on a few projects out here and unfortunately as sometimes

occasionally happens, not very often every technology piece of gear sometimes occasionally

a piece of gear that we have has gone belly up and we're having to do this over an old-fashioned telephone line

but that's okay because you know what it's the information not the delivery that is the most important

we have lots of information for you today we've got a cash for clunkers deal on guns we're

going to be telling you about we've got the news about the second amendment, the latest case to go to

the Supreme Court. This is huge. This is the Chicago gun case, which I am

convinced we are going to win when it goes to the Supreme Court and that's going

to mean that the Second Amendment applies to states and cities. Currently, your state, your city is not prevented from banning guns, from

confiscating guns or anything else because the Second Amendment has absolutely no impact

on states and cities right now. When this case is finalized, it'll probably be argued

in February probably, with the decision coming down in June, I think we're going to win and I think it's going to change the landscape

of the Second Amendment argument.
