And it's out of Washington, D.C.

New York City's, I'll just read this and then I'll tell you what it is, New York City's nine-year lawsuit, accusing gunmakers of flooding illegal markets with their firearms, came to an end on Monday when the Supreme Court refused to consider a lower court's dismissal of the case.
