Basically, it's all about take me shooting, which is interesting that he came to that

because, of course, the National Shooting Sports Foundation has been talking about that for several years

in a program called Step Outside.

Their whole idea is invite a friend called step outside. Their whole idea is

invite a friend to step outside. And we've said for years, one of the most powerful things

you can do as far as your outreach to others on guns, gun rights, the shooting sports, is simply

to take them shooting. People like to shoot once they get a chance to go out and do it, assuming you treat them right, of course.

You give them a gun that doesn't kick too much and make the targets easy to hit and you're safe.

You've got eye protection, hearing protection, all the things that you know you need to do.

Take them out and shooting and people, when they shoot, they go, wow, I didn't know this was so much fun. I can't tell you how many times I've heard that. And I always wondered, well, did you think we did this because it wasn't fun? Why did you think we were doing it? Yeah, it's a lot of fun. Well, let's get right to the phones here.

My simple solution to that problem is that a politician that you agree with 90% but he's against guns. My simple solution to that problem is that a politician that doesn't support the Constitution of the United States, 100% doesn't get my vote, no matter what, no matter how much more I agree with him.
